What is AntivirusDoc

Posted on 5 September 2008 under Rogue Programs

1. What is AntivirusDoc?

It is a rogue computer security software, also known as a scareware, which exaggerates PC scan reports in order to show user that the computer system is infected. Thus the user is convinced to delete found threats, right after the full program version will be purchased.
In fact AntivirusDoc program is not able to remove computer viruses and spyware, as it is warning user about threats, which may not even exist. The program itself is a threat and should be removed immediately.
AntivirusDoc will start every time Windows is started and will show assumed warning messages and alerts, which are annoying.
